  1. Sat nam, Kelly. Thank you for this breathing exercise with the beautiful sounds of birds and wind in the background. Today is July 4th and I plan on using this meditation throughout the day, as needed. Full house, expectations, etc.
    Something on my wish list – to spend holidays outside of my home!!
    (Seeing your NY photos almost makes me want to deactivate my Facebook account! I think I will remain the only person I know without an account. Tried it for one day and it freaked me out!)
