When I remember my Joy Boots… I feel grounded, connected to the earth and my place in it. I accept my body with its vulnerabilities and sensations. I am aware of my breathing and able to breathe deeply. I am connected to my own life force energy.

Sat nam, Kelly. Thank you for this breathing exercise with the beautiful sounds of birds and wind in the background. Today is July 4th and I plan on using this meditation throughout the day, as needed. Full house, expectations, etc.
Something on my wish list – to spend holidays outside of my home!!
(Seeing your NY photos almost makes me want to deactivate my Facebook account! I think I will remain the only person I know without an account. Tried it for one day and it freaked me out!)
That’s great Linda-do it!:)
