Join the JoyBoots community and receive a healing meditation to nip rumination and stabilize the mind. There’s no reason to go through any of this alone. Not just because of the challenges, but because, as any cancer survivor knows, we’re stronger together.
My Joy Boots program, a therapeutic blend of yoga, group talk, and 1:1 sessions, invites you into a liberating experience that will encourage you to prioritize your well-being, engage with a beautiful community, and connect with the pulse of your life.
